Our General Manager Rachael Warburton reflects on her time at the Eulogia Alliance Conference in Gdańsk…

In May, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Gdańsk, Poland for the Eulogia Alliance Conference, alongside our Business Development Manager, Mireia San José. Bringing together representatives from 18 countries, this event was a fantastic platform to connect, share best practices, and learn from industry leaders.

Day 1: Engaging Roundtables and Insights

The conference kicked off with a series of engaging roundtable discussions. The sessions covered a range of topics crucial to our industry, including optimising client portfolios, transitioning operational models, and innovative strategies to manage rising costs. We also delved into enhancing client interactions and adapting marketing techniques to better serve our clients.

As usual with Eulogia events, the evening saw a feast fit for a king with course after course being served.

Day 2: Innovation and Future Trends

The second day was equally enriching, focusing on the future of our industry and the integration of cutting-edge technologies. We explored subscription-based service models, effective sales processes, and the use of AI within translation services. These sessions were not only informative but also inspiring, offering a glimpse into the future trends and innovations that will shape our industry.

The evening began with a guided tour from Gdańsk to Sopot. On arrival in Sopot, we had a beautiful walk along the pier, followed by another wonderful dinner.

Saturday Social

On Saturday, we had a wonderful social day planned, and I was delighted to have my family join me. The guided city tour of Gdańsk was a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I’m happy to report that my children were on their best behaviour, much to my relief! The guided walk was informative, and lunch in the sunshine was a delightful end to our time in Gdańsk.

A Big Thank You

A big thank you to Marek Gawrysiak and Ewa Gawrysiak for being such gracious hosts, and to Jorge Cabezas and his team for their efforts in organising the programme. The conference was a resounding success, and I am returning home with new insights, strategies, and connections that will undoubtedly benefit City Legal and our clients.

Looking back, the Eulogia Alliance Conference was a truly enriching experience. It reinforced the importance of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation in our industry. I am excited to implement the new ideas and strategies discussed and to continue striving for excellence in our services.
